West Ham reject Arsenal's third offer for Rice. Manchester City are considering withdrawing from the auction

West Ham continues to block. The London club, according to the Daily Mail, would also have rejected Arsenal's third offer for Declan Rice: 122 million euros to be paid over five years. The Hammers, on the other hand, would prefer to receive the sum in two installments, the last one scheduled for January 2025.
