West Ham: 100 million not enough for Declan Rice, rejected offers from Arsenal and Man City

Declan Rice keeps getting offers but West Ham always send them back to sender. In recent days, Arsenal had presented an important offer which the Hammers however did not accept. Although Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has already received the go-ahead from the player who wants to play for the Gunners, the club is unable to agree with West Ham.

Manchester City tried to take advantage of the situation by presenting an offer to West Ham: 93 million plus 12 in bonuses. Although the total figure could exceed 100 million, also in this case the Hammers have declined the offer. Rice's could therefore be one of the most expensive transfers not only in the Premier League but in world football.
